For Italian craftsmen, good marketing means simply telling the truth
Sarto builds high-end, carbon fiber bicycles for professional cyclists out of a 15-person, family-owned shop in northern Italy. Our 11-part social video series shows Sarto’s process and introduces their craftspeople just as they are.
The Sarto story
What it takes to be world class
Sarto was founded in 1959 by Sarto Antonio. With no embellishment, his shop might just make the best road bikes in the world. Sarto’s bikes are 100% made-in-Italy by a team of 15 craftspeople. They specialize in custom, tube-to-tube construction using high-modulus carbon fiber with kevlar and titanium reinforcement. They’re sold in small batches or made-to-order and are ridden by the world’s best cyclists. It’s a process guaranteed to yield an unbelievable product.
Truly high-end products are about authentic quality
Step foot in their factory and you can look in any direction to be impressed. So that’s what we did. Each video examines a different step of the manufacturing process from constructing the tubes to spraying the final coat of paint. Through the series, we introduce the craftspeople who show up to work at Sarto every day, and we offer a glimpse of their artistry. This direct line of sight is a promise to connoisseurs and pros that they are getting the best bicycles that money can buy.
